Jonathan Paul

Jonathan Paul has been a consultant and strategist for Fortune 500 and private companies for the past 24 years. His practice specializes in working with corporate identity issues and their corresponding applications for revenue growth and business development as they relate to generational or business transition issues, and change management as it relates to growth. To date he has worked with approximately 800 companies.

From 1988 – 2005 Mr. Paul worked primarily with public companies, providing strategy and resources for approximately 350 clients and their corresponding sales forces.   His clients included AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Wyeth-Ayerst, The New England, Eli Lilly, Aerotek, Acuity Brands, Lanier Worldwide, Mass Mutual and many, many others.

From 2005 to the present Mr. Paul has focused almost exclusively on private companies and organizations that are undergoing long-term market and generational change, helping them develop new market competencies as they relate to their core identity, to compete and operate more effectively. Mr. Paul integrates individual gifts, traits, cognitive abilities and corporate identity to help build organizational cultures that thrive and multiply.

His approach uses organizational and individual assessments to baseline unchanging strengths, and naviagtes obstacles to cultural change moving towards sustainable growth, and empowers systems and people to impact their world in new ways.

Mr. Paul was married to Janet Lynn Dick from 1989 till 2008 when she passed away. He has one son, Jamie who is a senior in High School and excels at soccer, the dramatic arts, skateboarding and English. Mr. Paul enjoys running as well as playing golf, tennis, and kayaking in his free time. He has written and recorded award-winning music. He lives in Maryland.
